Job summary

Culmen International is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to support secure, mission-ready software development for USPACOM J32 targeting and mission-planning workflows. Must be located in the Honolulu area and able to commute onsite to Camp H.M. Smith.

You will design, develop, integrate, and field secure applications that support targeting and mission-planning operations. You will build user-facing and backend services, implement security controls, and collaborate with operators and SMEs to

Qualifications

7+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience, including complex, data‑intensive apps.
Eligibility for TS/SCI; active clearance strongly preferred.
On-site role in Honolulu; DoD classified environments experience.
Experience with joint targeting, weaponeering, or mission-planning workflows.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, integrate, and field secure software for USPACOM J32 targeting and mission-planning workflows.
Build operator-facing and backend services for workflow orchestration and decision support.
Implement RBAC, data handling, and auditable traces across systems.
Collaborate with operators, SMEs, and government stakeholders to translate requirements into usable software.
