Job summary

Culmen International LLC is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to design, develop, and field secure software for USPACOM J32 targeting and mission-planning workflows. You will build user-facing and backend services, integrate with MSS and government interfaces, and ensure auditability and security across the lifecycle.

The role requires a strong background in full-stack development, experience with mission-critical workflows, and the ability to translate complex operations into usable software

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• Experience supporting intelligence targeting lifecycle or DoD/IC environments.
• Strong experience with front-end and back-end frameworks, RESTful APIs, and automated testing.
• Experience building workflow, mission-planning, or C2/decision-support applications.
• Ability to translate complex operational processes into usable software.
• Familiarity with containerization, CI/CD, IaC, and secure environments.
• Willingness to engage on-site with USPACOM J32 operators.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and field secure software for targeting and mission-planning workflows.
• Build operator-facing applications for Target-Effect Pairing and workload orchestration.
• Create secure, auditable services with traceable data and versioning.
• Integrate with government systems through secure APIs and patterns.
• Produce maintainable code, documentation, and release materials.
