Culmen International seeks a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to advance secure software for USPACOM J32 targeting and mission-planning workflows. You will design, develop, and field applications that support targeting, with backend services for orchestration and compliance.

Qualifications

Experience with joint targeting and weaponeering processes.
Work in DoD classified environments and secure networks.
Ability to design, build, test, deploy, and sustain secure software.
Experience integrating with government systems and APIs.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and field secure software for targeting and fires-planning workflows.
Develop operator-facing applications for Target-Effect Pairing and explanations.
Build backend services for workflow orchestration and review processes.
Translate SME input into intuitive workflows and decision-support tools.
Implement human-machine controls and maintain government authority over decisions.
Create auditable systems recording data, versions, actions, timestamps, and rationale.
Integrate with MSS, systems, simulation services, and government interfaces via secure APIs.
Develop tests: unit, integration, regression, performance, security.
