Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field; master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years in e‑commerce, supply chain, operations or logistics.
• Strong background in system, production or engineering with throughput focus.
• Proven leadership and ability to develop teams in fast‑moving settings.
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma appreciated).
• Excellent analytical skills and data‑driven decision making.
• Proficient with Google Suite and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen relationships with stakeholders and senior leadership to improve fulfillment operations.
• Oversee safety, employee engagement, collaboration, quality, and customer experience in the fulfillment center.
• Create and sustain a robust safety culture that eliminates hazards.
• Lead a high‑performing team of managers and supervisors with strong leadership presence.
• Drive Lean projects and other initiatives to boost operational efficiency and goals.
• Coordinate with transportation, S&OP, data, inventory, engineering, and others.
• Own key performance metrics to ensure on‑time fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of equipment, methods, and technology.
• Support operational strategy and innovation to hit revenue and profitability targets.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment with clear communication.
• Drive process development projects for yearly and daily optimization.
• Regularly communicate performance trends and actions to leadership.
