Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex operational, process, and performance improvement initiatives (Lean or Six Sigma preferred).
• Five or more years of experience in e-commerce, supply chain, operations, or logistics.
• Strong operations, manufacturing, or engineering background with workflow and throughput understanding.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and synthesize diverse viewpoints into streamlined action plans.
• Proven leadership in building a people-centric culture in a fast-paced, rapidly growing organization.
• Passion for safety and a focus on continuous improvement.
• Self-starter who can prioritize initiatives and delegate responsibilities effectively.
• Experience building a culture of continuous process improvement.
• Analytical skills to collect and interpret data for process optimization.
• Tech savvy, comfortable with Google Suite, plus additional tools preferred.
• Highly organized, meticulous, and precise.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and senior management to identify opportunities to improve fulfillment center operations.
• Oversee safety, employee engagement, collaboration, and overall performance to enhance the customer experience.
• Create and maintain a safety culture focused on continual risk elimination.
• Lead a high‑performance team of operations managers and supervisors.
• Drive process improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) to increase efficiency and exceed business plans.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—transportation, S&OP, records integration, employee engagement, inventory planning, engineering—to coordinate enterprise‑wide projects.
• Analyze and drive key performance metrics to maintain excellent customer experience and meet commitments.
• Contribute to the development of new tools and procedures that increase productivity.
• Apply operational processes and innovation to support sales, operational performance, and profitability.
• Prioritize multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment with clear communication and follow‑up.
• Develop technology initiatives that improve 12‑month performance and streamline day‑to‑day operations.
• Communicate performance updates and enhancements organization‑wide.
