Responsibilities

• Develop robust relationships with stakeholders and senior leadership; identify opportunities to improve fulfillment center operations.
• Oversee safety, employee engagement, collaboration, quality, performance and customer experience in fulfillment center operations.
• Create and maintain a strong safety culture to eliminate risks.
• Lead and build a team of high-performing operations managers and supervisors.
• Drive Lean initiatives and process improvements to meet and exceed business plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with groups across the company (transportation, network management, S&OP, data integration, etc.).
• Monitor end-to-end metrics to ensure excellent customer experience and delivery of promises.
• Contribute to development of new tools, processes, and technology to improve efficiency.
• Support operational strategy and innovation to drive revenue and profitability.
