Job summary

Wayfair is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead the new facility in Annapolis, MD, onsite in a Wayfair facility supporting home furnishings distribution. The role focuses on delivering exceptional fulfillment experiences for customers through strong leadership and Lean process improvements.

You will supervise a team of operations leaders, ensure safety, optimize operations, and collaborate across transportation, S&OP, and IT to meet service and cost goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma experience and process redesign capability.
• 1+ years in e-commerce, supply chain, operations, or logistics.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and senior management to improve the success center operations.
• Oversee safety, engagement, collaboration, quality, and customer experience of the fulfillment center operations.
• Lead a team of high-performing operations managers and supervisors.
• Drive Lean projects and process improvements to meet business goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional tasks with transportation, S&OP, data, inventory planning, and more.
