Qualifications

• Experience with complex operational, system, and performance development projects (Lean or Six Sigma preferred) including process mapping and redesign.
• 4+ years of e-commerce, delivery chain, operations, or logistics experience.
• Strong manufacturing, production, or engineering background with ability to understand flow and throughput inside the operation.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and synthesize multiple perspectives into a streamlined motion plan.
• Proven capacity as a people-centric leader who can deliver results in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.
• Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks.
• Demonstrated management in building a culture of continuous improvement for individuals and operations.
• Analytical capacity to collect and interpret data to extend, recommend and enforce solutions.
• Technologically savvy, collaborative leader, familiarity with Google Suite products a plus.

Responsibilities

• Increase strong, trusting relationships with key stakeholders and senior management, and identify opportunities to improve the achievement center operations.
• Oversee the overall safety, worker engagement, collaboration, efficiency, performance and client delight of the success center operations.
• Create and preserve a sturdy safety culture that continuously seeks to eliminate risks from the operation.
• Lead a strong senior presence, build and manage a team of high-performing operations managers and operations supervisors.
• Drive best practices, project exchange initiatives and Lean tasks to enable practical implementation and meet enterprise plans at the fulfillment center.
• Coordinate with corporate functions—transportation, S&OP, data integration, employee engagement, inventory planning, engineering—to execute valuable projects.
• Screen and mandate key performance metrics to ensure exceptional purchaser experience and promise fulfillment.
• Contribute to development of equipment, strategies and generations that improve team power and efficiency.
• Drive operational strategy and innovation to meet revenue and profitability goals.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong communication and compliance.
• Establish development initiatives that enable year-over-year growth and optimize day-to-day ops.
• Communicate overall performance trends and improvements to corporate.
