Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in e‑trade, supply chain, operations, or logistics, with a focus on process improvement.
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies and data-driven improvements.
• Understanding of warehousing, manufacturing, or engineering processes and how to map throughput.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a diverse, high‑performing team of Operations Managers, supervisors and fulfillment center staff.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders and senior leadership to identify opportunities to boost warehousing productivity.
• Champion Lean initiatives and process improvements to meet customer expectations and company goals.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to coordinate projects across transportation, inventory and engineering.
• Track and drive metrics to ensure excellent customer experience and delivery performance.
• Contribute to development of new equipment, tactics and strategies to increase efficiency and sustainability.
• Support operational strategy and innovation to achieve sales, performance and profitability objectives.
• Report performance outcomes and improvement plans to senior leadership.
