• Leadership & Culture: Build and lead a high-performing team of Operations Managers and Supervisors.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily fulfillment center operations and end-to-end metrics.
• Continuous Improvement: DriveLean initiatives to improve quality and throughput.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Coordinate with network management, transportation, S&OP, engineering, and inventory planning.
• Strategy & Innovation: Support operational strategy to hit revenue and profitability goals.
• Communication: Report trends and improvements to senior leadership.
