Job summary

Coborn's is seeking a Senior Guest Services Manager to lead and direct the front-end team while maintaining high guest service standards. You will supervise, train, coach, and develop cashiers, baggers, cart pushers, CS desk staff, and self-checkout reps, under the guidance of the Guest Services Manager.

Oversee operations across cash registers, bookkeeping, parcel pickup, cart room, click & collect, and parking areas, ensuring smooth front-end performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the front-end team.
• Supervise, train, coach and develop cashiers, baggers, cart pushers, customer service desk staff, and self-checkout reps.
