Coborn’s, Inc. is seeking a Senior Guest Services Manager to lead the front-end team and uphold high guest service standards across cashiers, baggers, cart pushers, and the desk staff.

You will supervise, train, coach, and develop all front-end teammates with support from the Guest Services Manager, ensuring smooth operations of cash registers, parcel pickup, click-and-collect, and parking areas. This role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced retail environment, a commitment to employee

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, coach and develop front-end team members (cashiers, baggers, cart pushers, customer service desk, self-checkout).
• Oversee front-end operations including cash registers, parcel pickup, cart room, click-and-collect and parking lot areas.
