You will guide daily operations to maintain high guest service standards across the front end, from registers to self-checkout and parking lot areas. This role emphasizes supervision, training, coaching and staff development, with collaboration with the Guest Services Manager.

Qualifications

• Senior Guest Services Manager overseeing front-end team including cashiers, baggers, cart pushers, customer service desk and self-checkout representatives.
• Responsible for supervision, training, coaching and development of all front end team members.
• Must be at least 18 years of age; retail/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-end operations including cash registers, bookkeeping, parcel pickup, cart room, click and collect and parking lot areas.
• Provide leadership and direction to front-end team to maintain high standards of guest service.
