Coborn's, Inc. is seeking a Senior Guest Services Manager to lead the front-end team and uphold high guest service standards across all front-end operations.

You will supervise, train, and coach cashiers, baggers, cart pushers, and self-checkout staff, ensuring smooth operations from registers to parcel pickup and click-and-collect, with a focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front end team including cashiers, baggers, cart pushers, customer service desk, and self-checkout representatives.
• Lead training, coaching and development of front end staff.
• Oversee front end operations including cash registers, bookkeeping, parcel pickup, cart room, click and collect, and parking lot areas.
