Job summary

Coborn’s, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a Senior Guest Services Manager to lead the front-end team, delivering high guest service and developing cashiers, baggers, cart pushers and service desk staff.

You will oversee front-end operations including cash registers, checkout areas, parcel pickup, click and collect, and parking lot, with a focus on training, coaching and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end team and drive guest‑service standards.
• Oversee front-end operations including cash registers and checkout areas.
• Coordinate training, coaching and development of front-end staff.
• Manage operations across parcel pickup, cartroom, click & collect and parking lot.
