Job summary

Coborn’s is seeking a Senior Guest Services Manager to lead the front-end team and uphold exceptional guest service across all front-end operations. You will oversee cash registers, parcel pickup, click and collect, and the parking area, while supervising and developing cashiers, baggers, cart pushers, and self-checkout staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-end department operations including cash registers, checkout area, parcel pickup, cart room, click & collect and parking lot.
• Lead, supervise and develop front-end team members including cashiers, baggers, cart pushers, customer service desk staff, and self-checkout representatives.
• Provide training, coaching and direction to the front-end team to maintain high standards of guest service.
• Collaborate with the Guest Services Manager to ensure smooth daily front-end operations and optimal guest experiences.
