Job summary

Coborn's, Inc. is seeking a Senior Guest Services Manager to lead the front-end team and uphold exceptional guest service throughout front-end operations.

You will supervise, train, coach, and develop cashiers, baggers, cart pushers, customer service desk staff, and self-checkout teammates. You will oversee cash handling, parcel pickup, cart room, click & collect, and parking lot areas, with the Guest Services Manager as your deputy to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive guest

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Retail/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the front-end team to maintain high guest service standards.
• Supervise, train, coach, and develop front-end team members including cashiers, baggers, cart pushers, and desk staff.
• Oversee front-end operations such as cash registers, bookkeeping, parcel pickup, cart room, click & collect, and parking lot areas.
