Coborn’s, Inc. is hiring a Senior Guest Services Manager to lead the front-end team and uphold exceptional guest service across all front-end operations.

In this role you will supervise cashiers, baggers and service desk staff, train and coach team members, and ensure smooth operation of cash registers, checkout areas, and parking lot zones. Experience in retail customer service is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop front-end team including cashiers, baggers, and service desk staff.
• Oversee front-end operations including cash registers, click-and-collect, and parking lot areas.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback under the Guest Services Manager.
