Mission Lane is seeking a Senior Operations Lead, Fraud to guide a growing team protecting cardholders from fraud while balancing customer experience. You will coach, escalate cases, and drive improvements in policy and process in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You’ll lead coaching rhythms, align with leadership, and shape how this function scales across the US, with a remote-first work model and opportunities for onsite collaboration.

Formación

• 3+ years leading customer operations, risk, or fraud teams with hiring/coaching experience.
• Working knowledge of fraud, risk operations, or credit card operations.
• Ability to read performance dashboards and translate into coaching actions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 4–6 times per year for onsite meetings in Richmond, VA or other US locations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of 13 to 15 Fraud Associates with 1:1 coaching, performance reviews, and career development conversations.
• Coach the team against operational targets using performance data to identify trends and close gaps in efficiency and accuracy.
• Serve as the team's escalation point for high-risk or complex fraud cases and involve Fraud leadership on top scenarios.
• Build an inclusive team culture of trust, accountability, and open communication.
• Manage day-to-day team logistics: schedule adherence, time-off coverage, and staffing during peak periods.
• Translate company strategy and policy updates into clear, actionable direction for the team.
