Responsibilities

• Manage fraud losses and ensure the team supports the portfolio with risk/reward balance.
• Monitor execution of objectives, detection strategies and goals for fraud.
• Evaluate subordinates' performance and manage personnel actions.
• Provide evaluative judgment in complex situations.
• Oversee delivery of end results, budgeting and resource planning.
• Ensure procedures are followed and contribute to standards and change management.
