Job summary

Citi in Jacksonville, Florida is seeking a senior Fraud Operations Lead Analyst to shape fraud management policies and oversee portfolio-level fraud losses. You will guide analysts, develop risk-based decisions, and ensure balance between risk and customer impact.

The role requires 6–10 years of related experience, a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), and strong communication. Full-time, on-site with Citi's competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in a related role.
• Senior level experience in a similar position preferred.
• Expert in the subject of at least one area of the function.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead Fraud Management projects and manage a component of the fraud loss portfolio.
• Contribute to the development of fraud management policies, processes, procedures, tactics and strategies.
• Manage fraud losses, advise or coach new or lower level personnel, and ensure analysts make appropriate decisions.
• Identify fraud detection issues at the strategy and portfolio level and provide analytical/modeling solutions.
• Participate in change management initiatives and monitor execution of objectives and goals.
• Manage detection strategies to mitigate fraud losses balancing risk/reward and customer centricity.
• Prioritize and plan detection projects in line with fraud management policies and strategies.
• Escalate and report control issues with transparency while safeguarding Citi’s reputation.
