Job summary

Citi is seeking a Fraud Analytics, Modeling & Intelligence professional in Jacksonville, FL to analyze data, identify fraud trends, and design strategies to prevent and mitigate fraud across the lifecycle.

You will own detection rules, collaborate with policy and operations, and deliver regular reports to track emerging trends and portfolio performance. A strong analytics background and experience with big data/tools are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an analytical field is required.
• 3+ years in a relevant analytics/fraud role with strong data skills.
• Experience with big data tools and ML techniques; ability to translate analytics into business impact.

Responsibilities

• Leverage data to derive patterns and insights and perform risk/reward analyses.
• Own and manage fraud rules, scores, detection strategies and related governance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement mitigation strategies.
• Build relationships to ensure timely execution of portfolio priorities.
• Identify process gaps and opportunities to improve controls and governance.
• Generate and manage regular and ad-hoc reporting for trend monitoring.
