• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work independently with initiative while collaborating with a team.
• Proven ability to drive change, deliver results, and hold others accountable.
• Strong strategic thinking with translating vision into action.
• Exceptional relationship management, negotiation, influencing, and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Ameriprise field organization, advisor role and processes.
• Ability to support remote and/or multiple office locations.
• Travel ability: 30-40%.

Responsabilidades

• Drive organic growth within the territory by leading annual Advisor Business Planning and aligning goals with resources.
• Create and manage onboarding plans for Novice and Experienced Advisors and External hires.
• Lead recruiting and career path management for staff and hires, source candidates, interview, and guide through process.
• Provide leadership to partners and promote diversity and inclusion in advisor engagement.
• Translate strategy into actionable initiatives and coach colleagues through meetings and mentoring.
