Responsibilities

• Drive advisor engagement in home office and territory initiatives.
• Oversee onboarding plans for Novice and Experienced Advisors and External hires.
• Lead recruiting and career-path management for Franchise Recruiting & Engagement staff.
• Provide leadership to partners to drive organic growth within the territory.
• Coach and mentor colleagues through meetings, calls, and mentoring relationships.
