Ameriprise Financial is seeking a Senior Manager, Franchise Recruiting & Engagement to drive advisor engagement and lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of novice talent. The role partners with advisors and AFAs to promote growth, with a focus on career path management and strategic leadership in nationwide initiatives.

The position is remote, with travel up to 10–20% and locations across the territory.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work independently with initiative while collaborating within a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change, achieve results, and hold others accountable.
• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate vision into tactical execution.
• Exceptional relationship management, negotiation, influencing, and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of the Ameriprise field organization, advisor role, business drivers, policies, and processes.
• Ability to support remote and/or multiple office locations.
• Ability to travel 10-20%.

Responsabilidades

• Drive organic growth within the territory by leading the annual Advisor Business Planning process, ensuring strong participation, effective execution, and alignment of advisor growth goals with territory resources.
• Create and manage customized onboarding plans for Novice and Experienced Associate Financial Advisors, as well as External Practice Acquisition hires.
• Lead recruiting and career path management efforts for Franchisee Staff, Novice and Experienced Associate Financial Advisors, and External Practice Acquisition hires.
• Provide leadership to matrix business partners focused on driving organic growth within the territory; promote diversity and inclusion strategies.
• Lead and support strategic initiatives aligned with business priorities; translate strategy into actionable initiatives and provide coaching and mentoring.
