Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.

• Demonstrated ability to drive change and achieve results.
• Strong strategic thinking and tactical execution.
• Excellent relationship management, negotiation, influencing, and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of Ameriprise field organization, advisor role, business drivers, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive organic growth within the territory by leading annual Advisor Business Planning with participation and alignment of growth goals.
• Create and manage onboarding plans for Novice and Experienced Advisors and External Practice Acquisition hires.
• Lead recruiting and career path management for Franchise Staff and Advisors; develop sourcing strategies and guide candidates through hiring.
