Job summary

Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Manager of Franchise Recruiting & Engagement to drive advisor engagement across the home office and the field. This remote role covers Ohio, western Pennsylvania, and West Virginia with travel expected in the territory.

You will mentor teams, develop onboarding plans for Novice and Experienced Advisors, and lead recruitment for franchise staff and External Practice Acquisition hires. Strong strategic and relationship skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work independently with initiative while collaborating in a team.
• Proven ability to drive change, deliver results, and hold others accountable.
• Strong strategic thinking with translating vision to action.
• Excellent relationship management, negotiation and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive organic growth within the territory by leading the annual Advisor Business Planning process and aligning goals with resources.
• Partner with advisors to increase engagement in programs, events, and growth initiatives.
• Create and manage onboarding plans for Novice and Experienced Associate Financial Advisors and External Practice Acquisition hires.
• Serve as primary onboarding contact to ensure smooth transitions and access to resources and training.
• Lead recruiting and career path management for Franchisee Staff and Advisors, including External hires.
• Develop diversified sourcing strategies, screen candidates and present opportunities to franchisees.
• Provide leadership to partners focused on driving organic growth in the territory.
• Support diversity and inclusion strategies while communicating with advisors at all levels.
