Job summary

Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, Franchise Recruiting & Engagement to drive advisor engagement across home office and regional initiatives. You will support onboarding, grow novice and experienced advisors, and lead career-path management for key staff in the territory.

This remote role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and collaboration with advisors and franchise teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
7+ years of relevant experience.
Ability to work independently with a high degree of initiative.
Demonstrated ability to drive change, achieve results, and hold others accountable.
Strong strategic thinking, translating vision into execution.
Exceptional relationship management and collaboration skills.
Ability to support remote and/or multiple office locations.
Ability to travel 30–40%.

Responsibilities

Lead annual Advisor Business Planning to drive organic growth and engage advisors.
Create and manage onboarding plans for Novice and Experienced Advisors.
Lead recruiting and career-path management for Franchise Staff and Advisors; manage sourcing and interviews.
Provide leadership to partners and promote diversity and inclusion in advisor forums.
Translate strategy into actionable initiatives and mentor Franchise Recruiting & Engagement teams.
