• Ability to support remote and/or multiple office locations.
• Ability to travel 10-20%.

Responsibilities

• Drive organic growth within the territory by leading the annual Advisor Business Planning process, ensuring strong participation, effective execution, and alignment of advisor growth goals with territory resources.
• Create and manage customized onboarding plans for Novice and Experienced Associate Financial Advisors, as well as External Practice Acquisition hires.
• Lead recruiting and career path management efforts for Franchisee Staff, Novice and Experienced Associate Financial Advisors, and External Practice Acquisition hires.
• Provide leadership to matrix business partners focused on driving organic growth within the territory and promote diversity and inclusion strategies.
• Lead and support strategic initiatives aligned with business priorities and mentor Recruiting colleagues through meetings and national calls.
