Job summary

Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Franchise Recruiting & Engagement, partnering with advisors to drive organic growth. The role supports recruitment, onboarding, and development of Novice AFA talent, with career path management for key staff across OH, PA, and WV.

This position is remote with travel as needed. You will guide onboarding, design engagement programs, and mentor peers while leading strategic initiatives aligned with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into tactical execution.
• Exceptional relationship management and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently with initiative while collaborating within a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual Advisor Business Planning process to drive organic growth in the territory.
• Increase engagement in programs, events, and growth initiatives for practice development.
• Create onboarding plans for Novice and Experienced Associate Financial Advisors and External hires.
• Manage onboarding to ensure smooth transitions and access to resources and training.
• Lead recruiting and career path management for Franchise Staff and Advisors.
• Develop sourcing strategies, screen and interview candidates, and present opportunities.
