Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Senior Director of Franchise Operations for the Southwest and Mainstream regions. You will lead franchise executives, align bottling partners, and deliver Joint Business Plans while driving growth and execution excellence across the system.

You will partner with Commercial, RTM/CDE, and bottler leadership to translate strategy into action, foster accountability, and build capability. Travel across regions will be required to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field required.
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in CPG/beverage/retail/franchise operations or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead Franchise Operations across Southwest and Mainstream geographies.
• Deliver Joint Business Plan commitments with bottlers and partners.
• Drive execution excellence and framework for performance scorecards.
• Build leadership capability and succession within Franchise Operations.
