• MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in CPG/beverage/franchise operations or related industries.
• Experience leading leaders and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong commercial and financial judgment, including experience with revenue and P&Ls, and cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead Franchise Operations across South, North, and Mainstream geographies with coaching to Franchise Leadership Directors.
• Deliver Joint Business Plan commitments across all territories and bottling partners with disciplined execution.
• Establish governance and accountability for performance scorecards and Market Street Challenge outcomes.
• Build executive-level relationships and align franchise strategy with commercial priorities to drive growth.
