Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Director, Franchise Leadership – Mainstream to partner with our MS and CCSWB bottlers across the United States. This role translates strategic priorities into bottler-specific operating plans and leads execution to deliver volume, revenue, share, and profitable growth across all beverage categories.

You will build executive relationships, develop annual business plans and JBPs, monitor performance, and escalate risks with clear recommendations, while coaching

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is required.
• 7+ years in a CPG organization across sales, key account, franchise management, or operations.
• Strong financial and commercial judgment with P&L experience in a franchised environment.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted partnerships and align bottler and Company priorities.
• Deliver JBP commitments for Revenue, Volume, Transactions, and Market Share.
• Drive marketplace execution and strengthen bottler capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to accelerate growth and manage risk.
