Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years in a CPG organization across sales, key account, franchise management or operations.
• Proven ability to translate strategies into territory execution and to lead corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance across all Coca‑Cola portfolio in South Region Mainstream bottlers.
• Translate priorities into bottler-specific execution plans with milestones and measurable outcomes.
• Align bottler leadership and frontline teams on priorities across customers, channels, brands, and packages.
• Lead franchise operations to develop and activate territory business plans and contingencies.
• Identify gaps, propose actions, and escalate risks with clear recommendations.
• Maintain in-market cadence and ensure execution against performance routines.
