Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Senior Director of Franchise Operations to lead the South Region’s franchise portfolio and execution. You will align bottler regions with strategic plans, drive profitable growth, and coordinate cross-functional efforts with commercial, strategy, and transformation teams.

You will develop leaders, manage budgets, and ensure disciplined execution across multiple geographies, with a focus on outlet-level growth and regional performance discipline.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a CPG organization across sales, key account, franchise management, or operations.
• Experience with P&L responsibility, direct people management, and multi-geography leadership.
• Strong commercial/financial judgment including revenue and operating P&Ls, investments, and resource prioritization.
• Ability to influence outcomes and lead cross-functional teams in a complex franchise environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the South Region Franchise Operations performance agenda for the full portfolio across Coca-Cola United and South Region bottlers.
• Drive profitable volume, revenue, transactions, and share growth through clear priorities and integrated operating plans.
• Mentor Directors, coach teams, and develop succession plans to grow internal capabilities.
• Manage budgets, resources, and bottler partnerships to deliver annual and long-range plans.
• Lead regional performance routines and translate data into actionable decisions and ownership.
