Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Director of Franchise Operations – Mainstream in Plano/US to serve as the strategic liaison between Coca-Cola and Mainstream bottlers. You will drive portfolio growth across all categories, and lead execution across geography with cross-functional teams and market-driven plans.

You will partner with bottlers and internal teams to develop strategic JBPs, monitor performance, and implement contingency plans while building capabilities and sharing best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years in a CPG organization across sales, key account, franchise management, or operations, including responsibility for business execution within an assigned market or geography.
• Demonstrated success translating annual strategies into territory operating plans, forecasting performance, managing customer or distributor relationships, and leading corrective actions that improve business results.
• Strong commercial and financial judgment, including experience with revenue and operating P&Ls, resource prioritization, selling, and negotiation in a complex franchise or entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong understanding of channel marketing, customer and outlet execution, syndicated research, and competitive analysis, with the ability to combine data and frontline insights to identify execution priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic liaison between The Coca-Cola Company and Mainstream Bottlers leadership teams, driving portfolio growth.
• Lead territory deployment of aligned commercial strategies and initiatives, ensuring operational readiness and clear ownership within the geography.
• Coach, influence, and support bottler organization to achieve top-tier performance in market initiatives and system execution benchmarks.
• Develop and activate contingency plans with bottler and cross-functional partners to protect annual plan delivery and monitor recovery milestones.
• Maintain strong executive-level relationships and provide strategic input during JBPs and cross-functional planning.
