The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Senior Director of Franchise Operations for the Southwest & Mainstream regions, based in Plano, TX. This executive will lead a team of Franchise Leadership Directors, drive performance across bottling partners and geographies, and deliver Joint Business Plan commitments while aligning commercial priorities with bottler execution.

15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), beverage, retail, franchise operations, commercial leadership, or related industries.
Significant experience leading leaders and developing high-performing teams.
Demonstrated success translating annual strategies into territory operating plans, forecasting performance, managing customer or distributor relationships, and leading corrective actions.

Responsabilidades

Lead Franchise Operations across South, North, and Mainstream geographies.
Deliver Joint Business Plan commitments across all assigned territories and bottling partners.
Partner with Franchise Commercial Leadership and establish strategic partnerships with Retail Customer Leadership & RTM/CDE.
Drive execution excellence and ensure alignment of resources with growth opportunities.
