Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field required.
MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
15+ years of progressive leadership experience in CPG/beverage/retail/franchise operations or related industries.
Experience leading leaders and developing high-performing teams.
Proven ability to translate strategy into territory operating plans and to drive joint business plans.

Responsibilities

Lead Franchise Leadership Directors across South, North, and Mainstream geographies.
Deliver Joint Business Plan commitments and drive execution across bottling partners.
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with bottler and internal leaders.
Drive growth via market insights, risk management, and continuous improvement.
Develop leadership capability and succession plans within Franchise Operations.
