Coca-Cola seeks a Director of Franchise Strategy & Transformation to shape long-range growth for the Southwest & Mainstream Region. You will lead strategic planning, performance management, and transformation initiatives across franchise partners, Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages, and operations to drive sustainable growth.
The role requires a strong track record in strategy, cross-functional leadership, and data-driven decision making, with experience guiding Joint Business Plans and performance
Competenze
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of leadership experience in Strategy, Commercial, Operations, Finance, Transformation, or Franchise Leadership roles.
- Proven ability to develop business strategies and drive results with cross-functional influence.
- Strong KPIs, scorecards, and performance management experience; Nielsen data familiarity is a plus.

- Design and lead long-range planning for the Southwest & Mainstream Region.
- Manage business performance cadence via KPIs, scorecards, and reviews.
- Lead transformation initiatives and cross-functional programs to improve growth and efficiency.
- Partner with operations, commercial, and bottlers to deliver JBP commitments.
