Solstice Advanced Materials in Morris Plains, NJ, is seeking a Sr Finance Manager to lead the Commercial FP&A team. You will oversee monthly close, forecasting, and AOP, partner with business leaders, and deliver timely, accurate analyses that enable strategic decisions.

This is a hybrid role with leadership responsibility and a focus on forecast accuracy, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in progressive finance roles.
• Strong financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting skills.
• Comfort with month-end close, reclassing, and accrual journal entries.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Able to tell a compelling story to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead a mature Commercial FP&A team with monthly close and MOR deliverables.
• Develop leadership in direct reports and coach for effective storytelling to leadership.
• Collaborate across functions to align with business objectives.
• Consolidate lines of business for the ESM segment and flag risks.
• Maintain forecast accuracy and improve the Say/Do ratio.
