Job summary

Solstice Advanced Materials is seeking a Sr Finance Manager to lead the Commercial FP&A team in Morris Plains, NJ, on a hybrid schedule. You will own monthly close, forecasting, and AOP, partnering with business leaders to consolidate performance and deliver actionable insights.

You will develop talent, drive forecast accuracy, and work with cross-functional teams to support strategic decisions and business commitments, reporting to the ESM segment CFO.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in progressive finance roles
• Strong financial modeling, analysis and forecasting skills
• Comfortable with month-end close and booking reclassing and accrual journal entries
• Proven leadership and ability to communicate with peers and leadership
• MBA or advanced degree preferred (WE VALUE)

Responsibilities

• Lead Commercial FP&A team with monthly close, weekly Pulse Deliverables, MOR and LT decks, MD&A commentary, and AOP processes
• Develop leadership in direct reports and coach for effective storytelling to leadership
• Collaborate across functions to align with business objectives and build trust in Finance
• Consolidate multiple lines of business into the overall ESM view and escalate variances and risks
• Drive forecast accuracy and maintain a strong Say/Do ratio in meetings
