Job summary

Solstice Advanced Materials seeks a Sr Finance Manager in Morris Plains, NJ on a hybrid schedule to lead the Commercial FP&A function, delivering monthly close, forecasting, and annual operating plan, while partnering with business leaders to consolidate performance across multiple lines of business.

You will develop and coach team members, strengthen analytical and leadership skills, and drive forecast accuracy and decision-ready insights that support the company's commitments and strategic

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in progressive finance roles.
• Strong financial modeling, analysis and forecasting skills.
• Comfort with month-end close, reclassing, and accrual journal entries.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage teams.
• Excellent communication with peers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead a mature Commercial FP&A team delivering timely, accurate reports, forecasting, and planning including monthly close and AOP.
• Partner with business leaders to consolidate performance across multiple lines of business.
• Coach and develop team members, fostering accountability and improvement.
• Escalate significant variances and risks to CFO with recommended actions.
• Drive forecast accuracy and cross-functional collaboration.
