Job summary

Solstice Advanced Materials is seeking a Sr Finance Manager to lead the Commercial FP&A team in Morris Plains, NJ on a hybrid schedule. You will deliver timely financial reporting, forecasting, and planning, including monthly close, MOR presentations, and the annual AOP, partnering with business leaders to drive performance.

You will coach and develop analysts, foster accountability, and ensure accurate variance analysis while collaborating cross-functionally to support decisions and maintain

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in progressive finance roles.
• Strong financial modeling, analysis and forecasting skills.
• Comfort with month-end close, reclassing, and accrual journal entries.
• Proven leadership and communication with peers, subordinates and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Commercial FP&A team with monthly close, MOR deliverables, and AOP processes.
• Develop tactical and leadership qualities in direct reports and coach leadership storytelling.
• Collaborate across functions to align on business objectives and strengthen finance partnerships.
• Consolidate lines of business within ESM and escalate variances to the CFO.
• Build Say/Do discipline around forecast accuracy and action items from meetings.
