Job summary

Solstice Advanced Materials is seeking a Sr Finance Manager to lead the Commercial FP&A team in Morris Plains, NJ, delivering accurate monthly close, forecasting, and AOP processes while partnering with business leaders to consolidate performance across lines of business.

You will develop and coach team members, drive forecast accuracy, and collaborate cross-functionally to support decision-making and commitment attainment within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in progressive finance roles.
• Strong financial modeling, analysis and forecasting skills.
• Primed FP&A role but comfortable with month-end close and booking reclassing and accrual journal entries.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to communicate with peers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead a mature Commercial FP&A team with monthly close reporting, weekly Pulse Deliverables, MOR decks, MD&A commentary and annual AOP processes.
• Develop leadership in direct reports, coaching on storytelling to inform decisions and highlight opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate across functions to align with business objectives and strengthen confidence in the Finance organization.
• Consolidate multiple lines of business into the ESM portfolio and escalate significant variances to the CFO.
• Build a strong Say/Do ratio by improving forecast accuracy and following through on actions.
