Job summary

Solstice Advanced Materials is seeking a Sr Finance Manager to lead the Commercial FP&A team in Morris Plains, NJ on a hybrid schedule. You will own monthly close, forecasting, and AOP, partnering with business leaders to consolidate performance across lines of business.

You will coach a team, enhance forecast accuracy, and drive actionable insights for the CFO and leadership. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in progressive finance roles.
• Strong financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting skills.
• Comfort with month-end close, reclassing, and accruals.
• Proven leadership and communication abilities.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a mature Commercial FP&A team with monthly close and MOR decks.
• Develop leadership in direct reports and tell the story to leadership.
• Collaborate across functions to align objectives.
• Consolidate lines of business into ESM and escalate variances.
• Improve forecast accuracy and Say/Do ratio.
