Job summary

Solstice Advanced Materials in Morris Plains, NJ, is seeking a Sr Finance Manager to lead the Commercial FP&A team, delivering timely financial reporting, forecasting, and planning, including monthly close, MOR, and AOP.

You will partner with business leaders to consolidate performance across lines of business, coach a high-performing team, and drive forecast accuracy while improving processes and internal controls in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in progressive finance roles.
• Strong financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting skills.
• Comfort with month-end close, reclassing, and accrual journals.
• Proven leadership and effective communicator with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead a mature Commercial FP&A team with monthly close, MOR decks, and AOP.
• Develop and coach direct reports and storytelling to leadership.
• Collaborate with functions to align with business objectives.
• Consolidate multiple lines of business into ESM performance.
• Escalate variances and risks impacting commitments.
