Job summary

Solstice Advanced Materials is seeking a Sr Finance Manager in Morris Plains, NJ on a hybrid schedule. You will lead the Commercial FP&A team, delivering timely, accurate financial reporting, forecasting and planning—monthly close, MOR decks, and annual AOP—while partnering with business leaders to consolidate performance across lines of business.

As a people leader, you will coach team members, strengthen analytical and communication skills, and foster accountability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years in progressive finance roles.
• Strong financial modeling, analysis and forecasting skills.
• Comfortable with month-end close, reclassing and accrual journal entries.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a mature Commercial FP&A team with monthly close reporting and planning deliverables.
• Coach direct reports and promote storytelling to leadership for decision-making.
• Collaborate across functions to align with business objectives and drive confidence in the Finance organization.
• Consolidate multiple lines of business to support the ESM CFO and highlight variances and risks.
• Improve forecast accuracy and ensure timely, complete deliverables.
