Job summary

Solstice Advanced Materials, Morris Plains, NJ, hybrid, seeks a Sr Finance Manager to lead the Commercial FP&A team, delivering timely, accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and planning including monthly close, MOR decks, and the annual AOP process.

You will partner with business leaders to consolidate performance across lines of business, coach staff, and drive forecast accuracy while strengthening cross-functional collaboration within the Finance organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in progressive finance roles.
• Strong financial modeling, analysis and forecasting skills.
• Comfort with month-end close, reclassing and accruals.

Responsibilities

• Lead a mature Commercial FP&A team with monthly close, weeky Pulse Deliverables and MOR/MD&A decks.
• Coach direct reports and develop leadership and storytelling for leadership decisions.
• Collaborate across functions to align business objectives and build trust in Finance.
• Consolidate multiple lines of business into the ESM view and escalate variances and risks.
• Maintain strong forecast accuracy and drive execution.
