Job summary

Solstice Advanced Materials in Morris Plains, NJ, is seeking a Sr Finance Manager to lead the Commercial FP&A team, delivering timely, accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and planning, including monthly close, MOR and AOP processes. You will partner with business leaders to consolidate performance across lines of business and provide actionable recommendations to support decision-making.

You will report to the segment CFO and will coach team members, strengthen analytical and leadership

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in progressive finance roles.
• Strong financial modeling, analysis and forecasting skills.
• Comfort with month-end close and reclassing/ accrual journal entries.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• Strong, confident communicator with peers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead a mature Commercial FP&A team with monthly close reporting, MOR decks, and AOP processes.
• Develop leadership in direct reports and coach for effective storytelling to leadership.
• Collaborate across functions to align with broader business objectives and build trust in Finance.
