Job summary

Solstice Advanced Materials in Morris Plains, NJ is seeking a Sr Finance Manager to lead the Commercial FP&A team, delivering timely financial reporting, forecasting, and planning, including monthly close and AOP. You will partner with business leaders to consolidate performance across lines of business and provide actionable recommendations to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in progressive finance roles.
• Strong financial modeling, analysis and forecasting.
• Comfort with month-end close and booking reclassing and accrual journal entries.
• Proven leadership skills; able to lead teams and projects.
• Strong and confident communicator with peers, subordinates and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead a mature Commercial FP&A team delivering monthly close, weekly Pulse Deliverables and MOR decks.
• Coach direct reports and develop presentation and storytelling skills for leadership.
• Collaborate across functions to understand business objectives and build trust in Finance.
• Consolidate multiple lines of business into the holistic whole of ESM and escalate variances to CFO.
• Drive forecast accuracy and action items, strengthening Say/Do discipline.
